I received a text message morning of May 5, and was asked to come for screening with two of my chosen team members (because the gameshow requires 3 playing members each team). The plan was if we got in, and played, and if we won, we'd give a percentage to the student council funds.Super saya namin, we were so excited, I was at home then and i texted them immediately.
Si Dale nga super imagine na kung anu daw bibilin niya. mas ambisyoso pa kesa sa akin hahaha.
Unfortunately....We didnt survived passed the screening.
The 20 item identification screening exam wasnt really what we expected. The questions were very much random and vague. Most of them did not come with a choice to choose from. We were seated apart from each other. And the questions ranged from "Sa PCSO, anu ang ibig sabihin ng STL?"
to "Saan chairman si Leila something something " to "sinong artista ang nagsabi ng linyang "Gutay Gutay na ako, Pagod na Pagod na ako ?"
(not sure about the line but 90% parang ganito)I mean it wasnt like you could ask the one who was reciting the question to expound or to further explain what she was asking.
They would just recite the question twice and move on to the next number. Only 9 lucky people passed the test in our batch,
considering ang dami namin and a lot of the people there pwede mo na consider as contenders talaga, example, we met a group of teachers there. One was an english teacher, her friends were a math teacher and a science and physics teacher. But they too didnt make it. I guess you really have to have a broad idea of everything under the sun. The Show staffs told us that the questions they used was from the show itself and that we would know the answer if we were really watching everyday. hays. But we had class, that wouldnt be possible.
Anyways it was a great experience.
Imagine the call time was 9 am but 7am we were already standing outside the gate, people were lining up (except for some who cut infront us). We got in the studio 10 am na nga eh,I was really tired, pag uwi ko nabinat ata ako since kagagaling ko lang din nun from flu and nilagnat ako. Tough luck. for consolation, the boys got to see RR who by the way daw was mas maputi pa sa akin,and who was super sexy and si mariel who was crush nung nakapula jan.
lagot ka kay mhie. sayang didnt get to see anyone kasi hindi kami sabay sabay nakalabas eh, they waited for me because i had to stay for the results ng exams namin that time. oh well. life.
