Cash and Charge

...it to experience.
So we think we got problems? Cheers to Manong Pabundol of the Pabangga Gang. (ok so I invented the a.k.a only so we could identify better) Scums whose daily job is to wait and randomly pick a car to get hit by. Matindi na talaga ang pangangailangan niya. Its a pity to know people are this desperate, but im honestly not too sympathetic right now. P.I ka Manong, Papatayin mo ba ako sa nerbyos? Ikaw ang highlight ng araw ko kahapon.

We were on our way home to Manila, pero along Makati pa kami. This happened last night. Medyo traffic and sa may bandang pa stoplight na so mabagal na super yung takbo namin. And This old guy jumped out of the darkness from the center island, walked infront of us then all of a sudden he ran towards the passenger side of the car and hit the side mirror and then bumale-balentong pa tumbling tumbling sa kalsada then bumulagta sa middle of the road pero sa likod ng sasakyan namin and he made it looked like binundol namin siya. And I was so shocked nalaglag ko lahat ng gamit ko, ipod ko, lahat. May mga kanin kanin pa kumalat sa windshield namin. Everything happened so fast. Then this guy got up walked infront us again and then umupo siya dun sa center island, holding a styro with smudged blood stains on it (so from afar, akalain mo talaga na dinudugo siya). He was pointing to his elbow pero makinis siya and wala siyang bali or anything or any wound at all, the blood stains were tuyong tuyo na, props on the styro parang ganun. Traffic din nun so there was no way we could hit anybody and titilapon siya ng ganun,we were not even on the lane near the island, nasa gitna kami kaya nga kinailangan pa niyang lumakad papalapit bago nagpabangga, but there were other vehicles behind us, and if you didnt see what happened and makikita mo na lang yung tao na nakahandusay sa kalsada, hindi mo naman kaagad maiisip that its his fault and he did it on purpose so public pressure din ang naramdaman namin that moment. Ryan also saw the look on his face and dun nga niya na confirm that this old guy pulled a stunt on us. Fuck talaga. There was no dent whatsoever on the car...kinalampag lang din niya kaya tumunog na parang nabangga. Ryan went back to the car after niya super pagalitan and usisain yung manong and I even popped my head out the window to do the same thing begging the guy to never do such a thing again because you never know what his chances are next time di ba? We gave him money 'for his efforts', to which he said "kulang toh...kulang toh" And healthy na siya ulit ha. It was a hell of a night.

Time is a Bitch

when its not available.

I wish we could go back to when we did not need to buy time.
To nights when we could be anywhere we want.
To days when we could plan the next silly thing to do.
To never having to ask when will we have time or when will we be free for anything.
To a time when happiness was cheap.
when love was more important than time.
And time did not matter at all.
And when 'waiting and next time' was nothing but strange words.
When you and I were like that song, 'Two Less Lonely People in the World"

Love is not complicated, we are.
Life as we reason, is but just one big distraction to living it and its ironically what we call life.

If time is for sale, Im buying wholesale.
But its not. But then again we're buying it anyway.
So if time is gold. what is gold to us?
Now that differs.

Its funny that the world claims to want to live life to the fullest but always be too busy to do it.

To the Road that Never Ends

Last night I imagined that the road to far away is never ending. I stared out on the highways ahead of us until I fell asleep in the car. But then failure to be stoic woke me up. I unplugged the earphones from my ears, and we were back.

Fire in the Hole

Crazier by the minute. A loaded tank inside Manila Penn. A failed rebellion. Tear-gas. A forced curfew. An oppressed but seemingly self-motivated senator. A super kapal-muks hobbit sitting above it all. What next. I turned the TV off. I wanted to turn it off just as soon as i realized what was happening but i couldn't. I guess I cant be apathetic. hay..Forgive me if i care for a little politics and i care for this undeserving government more than i do my nails and pedicure. Yes sometimes im also maarte. I want glitters in the right places, colors i can wear and i freak out over a pimple. But I also fret for this country. The dollar rates go down and the peso goes up but for me this is just visual manipulation, they show us the numbers but there is no real change to show in reality. The people are still killing each other for money, the poverty is so bad even a nine year old kid commits suicide. You are forcing us all to be nurses (need i explain?). hahaha dun pala ang bagsak eh noh?

JUST THOUGHTS ON SOME CURRENT NEWS

Im not trying to be a news writer here, but its all over the news. ZTE Big issue. Big witness, Secretary Neri is said to be yet another significant key to solving who's the boy crying wolf and who is telling the truth. But what a coincidence, President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo decides to take Sec. Neri along with her on her trip to New York, on the eve of the Senate Hearing when Neri is supposed to take the stand. Coincidence. Coincidence..hmm Why does the President have to drag him along when she knows first hand that Neri's testimonies would be helpful to solving the issue? Is she trying to drag the case, hiding the cards longer, Is she trying to protect her husband? Has she been conspiring with her husband? All haka-hakas. All questionable acts, which even if the Filipino ask, the Government is all deaf ears and rather snickering at such unimportant black propaganda.
???
Also,I think Neri is still undecided as to what to confirm and not confirm, I understand this is a hard decision to make for him and his family. Para silang yung burger patty sa Hamburger. Ipit. But, If he goes on undecided, this means that He is yet to be helpful to solving the case, but rather he is just another floater- as good as the 'no comment' line is. I remember a professor of mine back in UST, he told us that when you are given a choice, you have to choose, you cannot say slightly yes and slightly no. It is either yes or no. Anyone who takes a stand in between go to hell-Politics. No balls-no glory. I dont know if this applies to all aspects of life but for politics, it can. I dont know what it is like to be in Neri's shoes right now.

Anyway,Regardless of what underlying ulterior motive is driving Joey De Venecia III, to carry out such an expose' against FGMA, I believe him to be telling the truth. Whether if its his way of getting back for the contract which could have been his company's or whether he is planning to fragrantly enhanced the family name (which at the same time is irony, especially for his father), I believe him.

FGMA has no whatsoever authority in the government other than being the husband of the President but he seems to be very influential and hard to tackle down ever since, and in spite of.. all the controversy he had been previously linked with. The Arroyo family has struggled succesfully escaping questionable issues after issues. "Tapal Bulka Seal." Everything basta tungkol sa Arroyos', kahit anong kontrobersya, is just plain haka-haka, black propaganda, or ridiculous speculations their camp would always say. I mean Harap Harapan na. I think any Filipino can say "hey huli ka na" and they can still say " Hindi totoo yan" like its nothing. Psychological manipulation, o Mass Helplessness? I mean no further questions, they can turn the fire on you. when its supposed to be burning them already. The Garci incident na lang. Hay...

What does Luli want? (OR is she just another attempt to distract or divert the attention of the people?) anyway Just because she is hurting (which as a daughter, is given and understandable) for her father being the highlight of the katiwalian, and after just a very recent medical operation, she needs the country to sympathize and verdict his father not guilty based on that?
Everybody hurts, Luli. Everybody hurts.

Judging Joey based on his past mistakes in retaliation is very unprofessional and even in a personal circumstance, setting aside all politics involve, is unwise for a woman of her knowledge. Frankly speaking, she was desperate to say something against Joey, and thats all you can find on him? ex- addict ( to what... marijuana?) Im sorry but very Lame. No one is judging you back Luli, as you say you have lives we dont know about other than your politically inclined life, but then again, all that is irrelevant to the issue isnt it? I dont get the point why you brought up your personal issues in the first place. Im a nobody, I dont know you personally, I dont know anybody involve personally , but then i dont have to.

Joey de Venecia III, I am not your fan, but you just do what you need to do.

Speaker Jose De Venecia, close and loyal friend of the President, father of Joey on the other hand only need to remind himself that he is also in this case, the father of Congress. This, i heard sa Radio sa taxi one morning and I agree.

I think I heard him say sa TV news that He already advised GMA to cancel(or whatever terminoloy is more suitable) the ZTE contract and trash it once and for all. And then what? what next...

I dont how this will turn up in the end, or kung interesado pa ba ang tao by then, Ang masasabi ko lang ay ...to Something certainly doubtful, there is obviously something wrong.
